USPS Priority Mail Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped on the same day if placed before 4 PM EST Monday through Friday. We ship VIA USPS Priority Mail and orders are expected to arrive 2-4 business days after your order date. We ship using discreet boxes with no branding and include a letter to authorities prepared by our lawyer explaining the contents of the package are federally compliant, legal hemp. We can ship to virtually any address in the United States of America.
Shipping is complimentary on orders of $75 or more.
Our flower is shipped in vacuum sealed bags to stay fresh and precent smells and our edibles are shipped with ice to prevent melting while in transit. Local Drop Off Orders - Charleston and Surrounding Areas
Our Local Drop Off services have been discontinued as of March of 2024. Our local customer orders are shipped and in most cases the orders arrive the next day excluding orders placed on Saturdays as USPS is closed on Sundays.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you are simply dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a 50% refund, no questions asked.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
